He is passionate about disrupting the status quo and is fascinated with the rapid pace of technology and innovation. As a business consultant, Ted has helped companies leverage their core competencies to grow and prosper. Ted has the unique ability to explain complex issues in simple ways and knows how to motivate teams he coaches to be excited and engaged. 

Ted earned his Bachelor’s degree at The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He spent 14 years as a software executive at PR Newswire, a global media company. At PR Newswire he won the prestigious John Petrillo award, which is given to the employee that shows the highest dedication to customer success. Ted enjoys spending time in nature, supporting children’s literacy, and being with his wife of 20 years and their two children.
