Ethan is incredibly passionate about making good sales people better. He is an accomplished sales master coach who has contributed to the successes of several name brand companies, such as Intuit, Blackboard, Constant Contact and Bazaarvoice. He’s led efforts to introduce new products, drive scalability, maximize ROI, and improve sales effectiveness. His career journey has taken him around the world, meeting thousands of customers and training hundreds of sales people. In 30 years of experience, he’s developed a strong perspective on what makes good sales teams tick and he’s not afraid to share.

Growing up in southern California, Ethan served in the Navy and studied history and political science at Utah Valley University. Today, he is the inside sales leader for AvidXchange, a Charlotte-based technology company that is revolutionizing how companies pay their bills. Living in the Charlotte area, he and his wife, Kelly are the proud parents of eight children.
