Tom leads Gallup’s Southeast business development region. He and his team provide consulting and expertise to Gallup clients seeking to improve business performance through workplace engagement, customer engagement and strengths-based development.
Tom is responsible for managing the business development efforts of his team and strategy for Gallup’s client partnerships, ensuring successful project design, leadership and execution. He serves as a trusted adviser to executive teams and as a manager of client teams within Gallup. His client portfolio includes Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, healthcare, biomedical, airline and hospitality sectors.
Before joining Gallup in 2008, Tom worked in consulting and business development for a U.S. market research company that provided ongoing survey-based performance measurement, improvement services and governance education.
Tom received a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
