Who is this conference for?

This conference is an opportunity for anyone on the executive team, departmental leaders or team members looking to take their execution game up a level.

How do I register for the conference?

You can register for Breakthrough Conference through our online registration page or contact Nicole Hradek at (704) 307-5436 or nicole@rhythmsystems.com.

Is food included with my registration?

Yes! We will be serving breakfast and lunch both days of the conference. On Thursday, October 19, we will also be having a networking happy hour with heavy hors d'oeuvres.

Where do I pick up my badge?

You will be able to pick up your badge during registration the morning of the conference.

What is the payment policy?

The easiest way to pay for your Breakthrough Conference registration is with a credit card through the online registration process. On orders of $5,000 or more, we can also invoice you if you would prefer. Please email melissa@rhythmsystems.com if you would like to be invoiced for your tickets.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refunds will be offered until June 30, 2016 within 120 days of purchase, after 120 days service fee may apply. 50% refunds will be offered until August 30, 2016. Refunds will not be offered after August 30, 2016.

What should I wear?

Some attendees wear suits and others wear jeans. There is no dress code, so wear whatever makes you comfortable! Fall in Charlotte is mild with highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s. It may be chilly inside the meeting rooms, so you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater.

How do I download the event app?

Once the event app is launched you will receive an email to download. It will be available in the App Store and Google Play, for Apple, Android, tablet, laptop and desktop devices.

When is the 2018 conference?

We are still working to solidify a date, but will update you as soon as we know.

How can I stay up to date on all the details before and during the conference?

We will be sending you emails with everything you need to know, but you can also follow us on Twitter, sign up for our blog and download the event app.
